For 2008, the sleek, low-line Starburst benefits from an AL-KO chassis designed to improve stability, road holding and cornering performance.
Lower than our conventional motorhomes, the Starburst has continued appeal to both rallying and long distance motorcaravanners. The functional and innovative design incorporates a front living area, which transforms from comfortable seating for six (with swivel cab seats) to two single beds, or one enormous double. At the rear of the vehicle, the kitchen contains a number of ‘flip-up’ and ‘slide-out’ work surfaces and the separate shower and toilet areas fit neatly into the final third of the vehicle. By popular demand we have incorporated a dedicated LCD TV station into the living area of the 2008 Starburst.

Just taken delivery of a new 2008 Autocruise Starburst. Was encouraged when the salesman then told me he thought it was the best model and manufacturer he sells for quality and reliablity and practicality.
The quality of fittings and finish is excellent and I hope these will wear well in extended use. I do like the end washroom arrangement and it drives so well on the low profile Alco chassis. It really is a home from home. Dedicated TV station in the sititng room with 7 in 1 flat screen TV. I have had Dometic air conditioning fitted in the seating area which is remote controlled and also acts as an additional fan heater.
I had the 2.2 Peugeot engine chipped to 130bhp and this has greatly improved fuel economy and well as power.
The whole exterior of the vehicle looks great in low profile and the new decals and two tone paint finish. It is easy to reverse thanks to the fitted colour reversing camera. So well done Autocruise and for delivery right on time.
